Steamoji's founding management team has a combined 50+ years of learning & technology experience with 3 multi-million dollar exits.

We believe in this opportunity so much that we assembled a world-class team right from the start. While Mr. Horkoff had the original inspiration for Steamoji, this experienced and talented team were the ones who turned Steamoji into what it is today.

Co-Founder & CEO

As co-founder and CEO (as well as a father of two sons), Hank leads the Steamoji team, creating the systems to help train the young builders, makers, inventors and entrepreneurs of the future while also being responsible for Steamoji's growth strategy.

Prior to founding Steamoji, Hank spent 15 years in e-learning where he started and exited two companies: ChinesePod (exit to Bigfoot Ventures, 2011) and OpenLanguage (exit to Bytedance, 2017).

Mikhail Baiman

Mikhail Baiman

VP Development

Mr. Baiman is a Steamoji co-founder and responsible for driving the brand's franchise development initiatives.

Alex Chunn

Alex Chunn

VP Product

Mr. Chunn is responsible for the planning and delivery of Steamoji’s mission-driven curriculum as well as the learning experience within the Steamoji academies.

TR Harrington

VP Marketing

Mr. Harrington is a Steamoji co-founder and responsible for driving the brand's marketing and advertising strategy, as well as defining global brand standards and marketing strategies throughout Steamoji’s international markets.

Owen Hann

Owen Hann

VP Operations

Mr. Hann is responsible for overseeing the training and development of franchise operations, including providing on-site training and ongoing support to franchisees.

Matt Richards

Matt Richards

Lead Instructional Designer

Mr. Richards is responsible for the buildout of the 400-hour 'Build to Solve' curriculum. With a background in Education and a specialism in Computer Science, he brings a creative perspective on how to build a classroom experience that engages children.
