Steamoji is the leading franchise brand in the high-growth, emerging category of STEM education centers for kids.

Steamoji is now open in the heart of Kerrisdale near the intersection of 41st Street and Arbutus across from Point Grey Secondary School.

Steamoji is a STEM maker academy for kids that has the mission to train the next generation of innovators. Technological change is accelerating. Many parents recognize STEAM subjects (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) are fundamental in preparing their children for the careers of the future, but see schools more focused on traditional studies. Steamoji’s 400-hour curriculum is designed to fill the gap in a structured and reinforcing fashion across each subject pathway. Students are taught basic skills, then encouraged to practically apply them in the spirit of “Build to Solve”.

Steamoji’s Kerrisdale location builds on the initial success of the brand’s flagship corporate location at the Park Royal Shopping Centre in West Vancouver where Steamoji’s co-founder, Hank Horkoff, is currently training his two sons to become Master Makers.

Steamoji Nation continues to grow quickly. We look forward to announcing our initial cohort of franchise partners in the new year. They are busy working to open academies in their local communities.
